About us

Carrington Cars has been selling used cars from Carrington Road in Portwood for 35 years. We are a small independent dealer rather than part of a chain.

Carrington Cars is run by Derek. He is usually the one who answers the phone, and he is the one you will deal with when you come down.

The cars we sell

We usually hold between ten and fifteen cars, most of them priced between £1,500 and £5,000. Hatchbacks, saloons, estates and small SUVs, from makes including Vauxhall, Peugeot, Renault, Toyota, Volkswagen, Fiat, Ford, Skoda, MINI, MG and Mercedes-Benz.

Every car is HPI checked before it goes on the forecourt. That means we have confirmed it is not recorded as stolen, not previously written off, and not still owing money on finance.

Our stock changes regularly and what is on the website is not always everything we have, so it is worth a call even if you cannot see what you are looking for.

Part exchange and warranty

We are happy to take your current car in part exchange, and we can give you a price before you commit to anything. We can also help arrange a warranty if you would like the cover.
